Returns & Refund Policy

Returns - Products ONLY

We want you to be 100% happy and know you will love what you ordered, but incase something doesn't work out our policy lasts 7 business days. If more than 7 business days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/return or exchange.  

Steps for easy returns 

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be purchased directly from Infinity Life Weddings Shop. **Proof of purchase is required. Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs.

  2. No refunds for products returned without prior approval.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, chocolates, soaps, creams, coffee, teas, spices, syrups, oils, honey, and earrings. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery in order to receive a refund/exchange, as we cannot approve any requests for refunds/reships after such time.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use, or products that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To Exchange or return an item (if applicable with approval from Head office) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

  1. Place a new order for the exchanged items.
  2. Send us an email at info@infinitylife.ca with:

- Subject: Return

- Your original order number

- Items you wish to return and reason for the return/exchange request. ie. Wrong item, damaged, etc.

- New order number associated with your exchange order (after you have spoken to us, so we can refund your shipping costs on the new order). Please include what date you plan to ship the item back to us.

  1. Ship the item (s): We will contact you directly to complete the return and provide you with a free prepaid shipping label and (a Return Authorization Form to be placed inside your package). Use the shipping label to ship the item back to us in the original packaging. Drop off the package at your local Canada Post office.
  2. Send your item to: Infinity Life Weddings, 110 North Front St. Unit A3, Suite 340 Belleville, Ontario CA K8P 0A6. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and confirmed the item was purchased from Infinity Life Weddings Shop, is unused and in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please note we will do our best to credit your account within 30 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, times may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
